What's included in a private tour?
Your private vehicle, a licensed Niagara Parks tour guide, door-to-door pickup, parking, and tolls are all included. Attraction tickets and meals are added only if you want them, so you pay for exactly what your group plans to do.
How does payment work?
Once you approve your quote, we confirm availability and send simple payment instructions — credit card, debit, or e-transfer all work.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a refund minus a 7% non-refundable fee, 15–29 days for a 75% refund, or 14 days or less for 50%. Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure. Attraction ticket numbers can be adjusted without penalty up to 72 hours before departure.
Are gratuities and taxes included?
Your quote lists a 12% gratuity — which covers your guide and driver — and 13% HST as separate line items, so the total you see is the total you pay.
What group sizes can you handle?
Everything from a 6-passenger SUV to a 54-passenger coach, with a Ford Transit Van, mini-coach, and mid-size coach in between. For groups of 55 or more, we coordinate multiple vehicles with a dedicated coordinator.
